For Mother’s Day, we’ve put together a little special on our Méthode Traditionnelle Pinot Rosé 2022 :

We know things are a bit tight out there at the moment with fuel and everyday costs, so this is just a small way of helping make something nice a bit more accessible for gifting (or enjoying yourself).
This is a traditional method sparkling, made from Pinot Noir and aged on lees for over 18 months. It’s got that lovely balance of fresh fruit and a bit of complexity from time on yeast.
You’ll find peach, red apple and wild strawberry on the nose, with a touch of rose petal and a subtle mineral note. The palate is fresh and dry, with fine bubbles and a gentle, slightly bready finish.
We only made 650 bottles, and each one is individually numbered. The label also features artwork by Jodi Scandrett, which we really love as part of this release.
