Pause for a moment. 💜
Take a slow breath in… and gently out.
You don’t have to solve everything right now, and you don’t have to carry it all at once.
Try this simple grounding exercise:
✨ 5 things you can see
✨ 4 things you can feel
✨ 3 things you can hear
✨ 2 things you can smell
✨ 1 thing you can taste
Let yourself come back to the present moment.
Feel your feet on the ground, your body supported, your breath moving.
Be gentle with your mind.
Be kind to yourself.
You’re allowed to rest.
We are here for you 💜

A common misconception we hear is that coming to us means having to report and answer lots of questions.
That’s not how it works.
You don’t have to report to access our support. You can come to us simply to talk, to be heard, and to move at your own pace.
We offer different types of support depending on what you need. Whether you’re considering reporting, going through the justice system, or just want 1:1 trauma support, you can access what feels right for you.
You can also self-refer. You don’t need a GP or another service to do it for you.
This is your space, your choice, your journey 💜

Your mental health matters, every single day.
Whatever you’re carrying, whatever stage you’re at, you don’t have to face it alone.
Taking care of your mind can look different for everyone. It might be reaching out, setting boundaries, resting, or simply getting through the day, and all of that is valid.
We know it’s not always easy to ask for help, but support is here when you’re ready.
You deserve to feel safe, supported and heard.
Be gentle with yourself this week 🤍

Today is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day 💙
For survivors of sexual violence, accessing healthcare, especially pelvic examinations, can feel overwhelming or triggering.
Your feelings are valid.
You deserve care that feels safe, respectful and trauma-informed.
You have the right to be listened to, to ask for adjustments, to bring support, and to go at your own pace.
Ovarian cancer can affect anyone with ovaries, and knowing the signs can make a real difference.
Symptoms like ongoing bloating, pelvic or tummy pain, feeling full very quickly, needing to wee more often, unexplained or irregular bleeding never be ignored.
If something doesn’t feel right, trust your body and seek support when you’re ready.
You are not alone. we are here for you 💜

Sexual violence does not end when the act stops. For many survivors, the harm continues in ways that are not always visible, through shame, fear, anxiety, hypervigilance, silence, and long-term impacts on identity, relationships, and mental health.
For young people especially, these hidden harms can deeply shape how they see themselves and the world around them. Fear of judgement, not being believed, or having no safe adult to turn to can keep what happened unspoken, delaying support and deepening the impact.
Within our DAYS service, we support all young people between the ages of 8-18. You can self refer or ask a trusted adult to refer on your behalf through our support line or email on [email protected].

Today is Lesbian Visibility Day 💜
A day to celebrate, recognise, and uplift lesbian voices, identities, and experiences.
Visibility matters. It creates space for connection, representation, and understanding, but it also reminds us of the importance of safety, inclusion, and support.
We stand with lesbian women, and all LGBTQ+ individuals, in creating a world where everyone can live openly, safely, and without fear.
You are seen. You are valid. You belong. 🌈✨
We are here for you 💜

Stalking can make you feel unsafe, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next, but you don’t have to face it alone.
As part of Stalking Awareness Week, we’re sharing tools and support available to help you feel more in control.
📱 The FOLLOWit app allows you to safely record and log incidents of stalking, including times, locations, and how it made you feel. This can help you keep track and, if you choose, create a report for the police.
📞 The National Stalking Helpline (0808 8020 300) is available to offer guidance, support, and help you understand your options.
If you’re unsure whether what you’re experiencing is stalking, or want to understand more about the signs and impact, tap in the video to our previous reel where we break it down clearly.
You deserve to feel safe. If something doesn’t feel right, trust that feeling and reach out.
We are here for you 💜

Accessibility matters 💜
No one should face additional barriers when seeking support. At WRASAC, we are committed to creating a service that is inclusive, flexible and responsive to the needs of every survivor.
We understand that accessibility looks different for everyone, whether that’s physical access, neurodiversity, sensory needs or mental health support.
That’s why we offer:
✨ Step-free, ground floor access
✨ Support from BSL interpreters and language translators
✨ Sensory-aware, trauma-informed spaces
✨ Flexible ways to connect, in person, online or by phone
✨ Adjustable session formats to suit you
Accessibility is not a one-time action, it’s an ongoing commitment. We are always listening, learning, and improving to make sure our service feels safe and supportive for all.
If there’s something you need, please let us know.
We are here for you. 💜

Stalking is more than just “unwanted attention.”
It often follows a pattern, known as the FOUR:
Fixated. Obsessive. Unwanted. Repeated.
This can look like persistent messages, being followed or monitored, or even online behaviours like fake profiles, hacking, or constant unwanted DMs. With cyberstalking on the rise, these behaviours are becoming more common, and more invasive.
The impact can take over someone’s life, affecting both mental and physical wellbeing.
With Stalking Awareness Week coming up, it’s important to recognise the signs and know that support is available.
If you’re experiencing stalking, you can:
• Download the FollowIt App to safely record incidents
• Contact the National Stalking Helpline on 0808 8020 300
• Reach out for support, you don’t have to figure this out alone
If you’re in immediate danger, call 999.
If any of this feels familiar, even if you’re unsure, please talk to someone.
We are here for you 💜
