For Lucas, robotics isn't just an engineering discipline โ it's a calling.
That passion started in high school, carried him through a Robotics Engineering degree at WPI, and never stayed inside the classroom. He helped launch an afterschool robotics club at Worcester's Forest Grove Middle School, mentored youth robotics teams, and judged competitions โ all while earning his Massachusetts teaching licensure through WPI's Teacher Preparation Program.
Now he's taking that same energy into his planned career as a technology and engineering teacher, where he can spark that same love of robotics in the next generation.
Congratulations, Lucas.
