New York, please welcome Claire Eccles!
Debuting for the Canada Women’s National Baseball Team at just 16, @claireeccles is no stranger to the spotlight. As a member of Team Canada, she’s earned three medals in international competition: silver at the 2015 Pan American Games and at the 2016 Women’s Baseball World Cup, and bronze at the 2018 Women’s Baseball World Cup.
In 2017, she signed with the Victoria HarbourCats, becoming the first woman to play in the West Coast League.
Now, she’s ready for her next challenge as she officially joins New York's roster in the WPBL.
Ready to make history. It's time to change the game.
