We often live in the past and dwell on the things we should or shouldnât have done. whilst we need to reflect on the past in order to do things differently in future, itâs important to focus on how we can grow moving forward rather than getting stuck in feelings of guilt and regret. As we welcome the new week ahead, try to let go of the previous week and allow yourself to start over. Let go of any guilt, any regrets, any thoughts or feelings weighing you down. Focus on the actions you can take to move forwards. Remember that you have the power to create change. You have the power to decide what happens next. đ
Have you seen any of our Beder wrapped London taxis yet? đ
This one was designed by Ruby at @worrywellbeing , whose beautiful work focuses on the message âLetâs get through this together.â
These taxis are helping raise awareness of our Beder Therapy Vouchers, 6 free 50-minute therapy sessions with Meela, making mental health support more accessible for those who need it.
Weâre so grateful to have Ruby as part of the Beder community đŤśđť
Letâs Get Through This Together đŤśđź
âEveryone will be impacted by mental health struggles in some way at some point, whether itâs your own experience or someone you know. Talking about it helps but therapy can be hard to access, so Beder therapy vouchers will make a real difference to a lot of people.â
Thank you @worrywellbeing for being a part of Bederâs journey from the early days and remaining an invaluable supporter
This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek share this post and spread the word đđź
Regardless of the week, your mental health matters and YOU matter. You donât have to face it alone.
Huge shout out to @worrywellbeing for this gorgeous illustration đŠľ
Whether you use this, or just pick out your favourite days to join in on, this hopefully gives you a few ideas of ways you can take care of yourself this monthđ
Everything that doesnât work out leads you to to something else, something that was meant for you. â¤ď¸
I didnât get a job I really really wanted. And for a few days I was disappointed and annoyed at myself. But rejection is part of life. Itâs not a nice feeling, but itâs one that we all learn to deal with.
Rejection, as Iâm learning, does not mean youâre not good, youâre not worthy, youâre rubbish at what you do.
Itâs part of the journey. Life goes on, and you will find whatâs right for youđ
Some intentions for the month aheadâď¸â¨Letâs focus on putting our energy in the right places, seeing the good, acknowledging our progress, embracing change and letting go. Whatâs your intention for this month? đ
Doing things you enjoy, whether thatâs painting or reading or drawing or spending time with friends (anything that makes you happy!), is never a waste of time. Especially when I have loads to do, I always put off doing the things I enjoy doing because it doesnât feel âproductiveâ. But really, the things that bring us joy are the things that make life so much happier. Having things to look forward to and time where you can switch off from everything else, all of your responsibilities and stress, is so important. So maybe itâs not productive in terms of what social media seems productive, but it is definitely productive in taking care of our mental health and having a healthy balance in lifeđ
