Representing the third edition of the sprawling World Wide Walls: Doha 2025, the film traces their creative journeys as they respond to the spirit of place, community, and scale, leaving behind works that reimagine the urban landscape.

World Wide Walls is back in Doha for the third time and this year, we’re bringing colour straight into the heart of the city. 🎨✨
From 3rd-9th December 2025, 14 artists from around the world will transform the walls of Al Aziziyah, a beloved local residential neighbourhood where the community is the canvas. As they paint, they’ll immerse themselves in Qatar’s culture and everyday life.

Qatar Museums Public Art programme is thrilled to bring you the third edition of World Wide Walls: Doha. Held in Al Aziziyah, this edition brings together 14 artists—including two Qatari and 12 international artists—who will contribute new works to the neighbourhood’s urban landscape.

“Convergence” reflects on the meeting of forces that shape our shared environment — flows, tensions, and balances that exist between the human and the non-human, the visible and the concealed. Two suspended forms become thresholds, fragments of a landscape both natural and constructed, where presence and absence continually redefine each other. Within this suspended space, the subject becomes an emblem of coexistence and vulnerability, held between protection and exposure. The work invites a reflection on interdependence, on the subtle ties that bind ecosystems together, and on the role humanity plays in maintaining — or altering — this fragile, collective balance.

Last day in Doha, and the trip wouldn’t have been complete without a dune-bashing adventure with @discoverqatar . Carving through the desert landscape, climbing steep sand dunes, and dropping into sweeping valleys never gets old. It was the perfect finale to an unforgettable week.
Listen to Sasu, one of the artist duo representing HITOTZUKI explaining about their artwork that is now complete at Al Aziziya as part of World Wide Walls Doha.
The name HITOTZUKI, which signifies the sun (hi) and the moon (tsuki), is a fusion of two opposing elements: male and female, yin and yang. It incorporates the meaning of creating a single, harmonious world. The new scenery that the couple creates express the feeling that arise from their everyday life, as well as their hopes for the future.
Here on the walls of Doha buildings they have spread hope, some snow from Japan and a lot of love all the way from across the globe.
The third edition of the World Wide Walls Doha is now complete at Al Aziziya and invites all Doha residents to immerse themselves in art and colour completed hy artists from around the world.

Final day of painting for @worldwidewallsdoha in partnership with @qatar_museums . As @klyonsnatborn always says, “we come as strangers and leave as best friends.” After days of creating, sharing stories, and working side by side, that sentiment feels more true than ever. We leave a piece of ourselves in Doha, not only in the murals but in the friendships and experiences that shaped this journey. These are moments we will carry with us and always cherish.
