Clean water and safe sanitation help children and communities thrive. In 2025, World Vision reached 2.8 million people with access to clean water, 2.2 million with household sanitation, and 2.8 million with handwashing facilities.
In emergencies, where WASH is a critical and immediate need, we reached 391,000 people with safe drinking water and 338,000 with emergency hygiene supplies.

2025 was particularly challenging on the humanitarian front. Not only did humanitarian needs grow at an unprecedented pace; they were coupled with unexpected funding gaps. It was only with bold and courageous action that we were able to reach 35.6 million people affected by disasters with holistic humanitarian assistance.
Despite the odds, we have tripled our humanitarian reach over the last decade. We couldn't have done it without you and our partners. As a leading food and cash delivery agency, we continued to deepen our relationships with the World Food Programme and other strategic partners.
We improved our pre-positioning and management, automated reporting, and used artificial intelligence to help us be better prepared. These reflect our proven ability to lead in fragile settings, manage risk, and deliver results that matter.
