Always going above and beyond, always putting others before ourselves. The sacrifices we make on a daily basis, all because we simply love what we do. Sometimes neglecting our own needs.
Please if you know a Nurse, please take the time to celebrate them and show them how much you appreciate what they do. Nurses are needed for all walks of life from newborn to old age.
As we face another year of healing, there are still daily struggles that we go through. Challenges that people don’t see, what goes on in the background. From burnout, work life balance, staff ratios, etc.
As I continue to push the gold post to these issues. Please help spread awareness that nurses do matter and our voices matter, we are the backbone of healthcare.
