The “No Blue, No Green” campaign, created by @Droga5sp for SOS Océano, uses color theory to explain a key truth: the planet’s balance depends on the ocean.
Through a series of screen-printed artworks, the initiative reimagines Brazil’s flag—showing that without the blue of the sea, the green of the land disappears.
The pieces blend marine species like the humpback whale with elements of the Amazon, highlighting the deep connection between these ecosystems.
More than a campaign, it’s a visual reminder that protecting the ocean means protecting everything.
💬 Because what happens in the sea shapes life on land. 🐬

Ever watched a bait ball unfold? It is one of the ocean’s most mesmerizing survival strategies. 🐟
When threatened, often by predators like an oceanic blacktip shark, small schooling fish cluster into a dense, swirling sphere. This formation makes it harder for predators to single out a target and boosts the group’s chances of survival.
Sharks like blacktips might look fierce, but they are essential to ocean health. By keeping fish populations in check, they help maintain balance across marine ecosystems.
Scenes like this are a powerful reminder of how connected ocean life really is.
