A year on from the launch of Stronger’s first flagship in Stockholm, we’re revisiting a project that took shape from early ideas to final details. Through design sessions, moodboards, and a series of considered choices, we translated the brand’s “Escape Ordinary” mindset into a physical space, built to feel intuitive, energetic, and true to the Stronger community. It’s been great to see the store come to life over time, and even more rewarding that the project has recently been recognized by the international architecture and design community for its concept design.

FOUNDATIONS: A FILM BY SOLNA FC This film explores the literal and metaphorical architecture of Hagalund. While the iconic blue towers define our skyline, they are held up by a foundational layer of orange tiles. This duality is the heartbeat of our new kit launch, introducing orange accents to symbolize the foundational people behind the scenes. ”The blue cannot stand without the orange foundation beneath it. The orange represents the supporters, the parents, the neighbors, and the local businesses of Solna. Without their support, there is no club. Together with @adidas , we created a pop up at Löplabbet in the lead up to adidas Stockholm Marathon. The space was shaped around inspiration, preparation and community, giving runners a place to get ready for race day.

Athletes are reaching peak form for the 2026 World Cup. So are our teams. Together with one of the world’s most iconic sports brands, this year’s training camp was kicked off, where we joined together with our European Brand & Product Learning Teams. The long-term commitment focuses on strengthening performance, supported by continuous training like the one we hosted in Herzogenaurach.

Five years ago, we opened the doors to Next Gen Retail Hub by Mariatorget, Stockholm, with one ambition: to create the place where retail comes to life. Today, NGRH is a co-working space for collaboration, creativity, and learning, bringing together brands and retail professionals to exchange ideas and build what’s next. Everything in the space, designed by our in-house team, is made to support different stages of the creative process, balancing function, aesthetics, and sustainability. Accessorize and Midsona have moved into two of our Travel Retail spaces at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. We’ve worked across every step, from shaping the concept and building the stores to staffing and running them day to day. Always fun to see the spaces come to life with new brands and travellers passing through.

Last week we took the stage at D-Congress to talk about something we strongly believe in: culture is the new currency. In a retail landscape that’s constantly evolving, brands need to move beyond transactions and focus on building real cultural capital. In this session, we explored the shift from consumer to creator, why fandom is stronger than funnels, and how community-driven growth is reshaping the retail playbook for brands seeking relevance and lasting loyalty. A big thank you to Stefan Palm, Iman Hazheer, and Karin Winther for sharing the stage with us and for a great discussion.

The WorkShop concept team developed a scalable retail concept for BSTRD, designed to work just as seamlessly for a single product display as for a full shop-in-shop solution. BSTRD is a premium lifestyle brand centered around quality outdoor cooking, and the concept reflects that same focus on durability, clarity, and considered design.
