Workshop Coffee is looking for full-time Baristas and a part-time Bartender to join our team.
As a barista, you’ll help deliver the high standards we’re known for, serving coffee, seasonal drinks and hospitality with care and consistency.
For evenings, we’re looking for an experienced bartender to support our growing aperitivo offering of cocktails, wine and Champagne.

Our espresso martini is built on Colwith Distillery Cornish Coffee Liqueur, crafted in collaboration with us after months of testing, tasting and refinement. Using a carefully selected Ethiopian coffee and a precise extraction process, the result is layered notes of berry, spice, caramel and soft florals.

Madegi is vibrant and expressive with notes of dark berries, cardamom and florals. Chakra is structured and elegant with stone fruit, butterscotch sweetness and a clean finish.
