Light and clean high Protein Japanease Chocolate Black sesame Cheesecake ♥️♥️♥️
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 200g cream cheese
• 1 scoop of Workout Whey protein powder
• 2 tbsp raw honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 70g 85% dark chocolate
• 3 tbsp black sesame
Optional: pinch sea salt
Instructions:
1. Melt Chocolate in a very low heat.
2. Mix Base In a bowl: • Beat cream cheese until smooth • Add egg yolks • Add melted chocolate • Add raw honey + vanilla Mix until silky.
3. Whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
4. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture in 3 parts.
Be gentle don’t overmix.
5. Bake • Pour into lined 6–7 inch pan • Place pan inside larger tray with hot water • Bake at 320°F for 30–35 minutes
Center should jiggle slightly.
Chill and Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
