last night @lumachepianopiano for the pasta tasting menu ❤️‍🔥 everything was a true delight. since we met Heather and James we knew they’d do something special here. they have impeccable taste and they truly care. when we talked about working together it felt immediately like a true partnership - our bread is but a tiny part of what they do at Lumache, but the care and attention they show toward it is indicative of how they do everything. We were told stories about where each ingredient came from and how it was prepared, all while watching the team make fresh, handmade pasta that we ate moments later. what an absolute dream. we are so inspired by folks like these who create something special out of pure love and passion (and a lot of talent). get yourself on that coveted reservation list for the next time you need a special evening out. the light is hitting just right in the early evening hours.

We are coming up to Giving Tuesday, and as someone with a platform, we think it is important to highlight organizations that are working towards the kind of future we want to see in the world. @raven_trust is an organization that works to support Indigenous Nations who are upholding their rights in court to protect their lands, sovereignty, and ways of being. On Tuesday only, RAVEN is matching donations up to $22,000 to support Grassy Narrows First Nation’s legal challenge over mercury contamination of their life-giving river in northern Ontario. Learn more and donate on Tuesday to double your impact at raventrust.com We will be donating 10% of bread sales on Sunday Nov 30 on Giving Tuesday.
