Honoured to be nominated for a Local Hero Awards Community Champion award for the work at Work-in-process for the second year!!
Everything I do has always been about creating real spaces for men. Spaces where we can show up honestly, connect, and grow together. This nomination isn’t just about me, it’s about community, about the conversations we’re having, and the people who continue to show up and support the vision.
Its about collaboration, and working together to do better.
To everyone who’s been part of the journey so far,

On today’s International Day of Happiness, whatever you’re going through today, give yourself grace.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to rush.
Just take a moment for you.
Here are a few simple ways to reset and come back to yourself:
• Step outside for 10 minutes no phone, just fresh air
• Make a coffee or tea slowly, like it’s a ritual
• Put on a song that matches your mood and just sit with it
• Go for a walk without a destination
• Write down what’s on your mind, no filter
• Stretch your body, release some of the tension you’re holding
• Text someone who feels safe, or just check in with yourself
• Do one small thing you’ve been putting off, build quiet momentum
• Sit in silence… not everything needs noise
Some days aren’t about winning, they’re about you.
Take your moment
