I am SO excited to announce THE INTERNATIONAL DYER COUNTDOWN BOX!! 🥳💖🌏
I’ve been cooking up this idea since 2021 and am finally bringing it to life. I have been fortunate enough in my years on insta to connect with so many incredible dyers from around the world. It’s been an honour to meet many of them in my travels and it was at @flockfiberfestival that I realised I needed to come up with a way to increase the visibility of these artists creations both back home in Aus but also bring more Aussie yarn overseas! So finally my 2021 idea was reborn with the aim to showcase some incredible dyers that I’ve come across in the last 5 or so years of doing this online crafty biz 🥰
This countdown box will feature 24 mini skeins and one main skein from dyers around the world, each with a colourway that truly represents THEM 🥰 I didn’t want this box to have a theme or a strict colour guideline, just something that feels true to the dyer so you can see what they’re made of and appreciate the real heart of their art. I absolutely cannot wait to see the taster pallet of yarn that is coming our way. Trust me when I say I am just as excited about this concept as you are!!
More details are to come including the dyer lineup 👀 but I wanted to let you know it’s on the way and will be launching this month! Any questions, please drop them in the comments and I’ll make sure to capture them in the post with more details 🥳
Also please take a moment to appreciate this artwork from @daryn.design 🌏 I was brainstorming so many ideas, drew the worlds worst sketch, and Daryn turned it into this beauty?! Honestly amazing. Love you and everything you do Daryn. Thank you for being a part of this!
Get ready to countdown hehe
Much love
Chloe xx
Sometimes you draw inspiration from someone else’s art to make your own 🥰💖 so when @vexnot.studio texted me saying her knit reminded her of a colourway I’d do, I was like ok challenge accepted, let’s dye it up! So say hello to my newest colourway 🤎🩷 HOLLIS 🩷🤎
Let me know if you’d like to see more posts like this where I show the inspo and the colourway! 🥰 I’m also really missing my back door wall where I took all of my pics. I need to find where the good lighting spot is at the studio now 😅

You know the feeling when you reach into your yarn tub and find a few skeins of some breathtaking yarn. You realize you bought it a year ago and it’s been waiting patiently to be loved and turned into something amazing. Well hello I found my stash of yarn from last years @yarravalleywoolcraftshow from @woolandworks and it screamed to me. I thought mmm this “Real World” would look stunning in a Jake beanie. So that’s what I’ve knitted up. And how gorgeous is it !!!!
