Two nights pouring crisp, saline, sun-hit whites from Sicily, Veneto, Umbria, Sardinia and beyond. Wines that taste like sea spray, with food to match the vibe. Think fritto misto, vongole & carpaccio. Matt from Trembath & Taylor @trembathandtaylor and Michael from Quelvino @quelvino will be in the room, pouring good bottles and telling the stories behind them.
