Days like yesterday are the reason we all love the beer community, it was a true blast! The community showed up and the love was flowing. It was so awesome to see everyone here and we cannot thank you enough for yesterday and the last five years! We wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for all of you and your support so truly, thank you!
Thank you for everyone who came on the tours as well! We can say that was a success and might have to offer those more! The Pagan Rage bottles Sold Out yesterday but don’t worry as we have plant of draft pours to last for a whiiiile.
We’re on to business as usual! It’s another beautiful day out and we open at 12 noon today :)

We sent over our SINGLE CUFF IPA to our friends at @craftbeerbrew for the Summer ‘26 IPA article and we are super stoked to announce that it came back with a 98/100!!!
Not a whole lot of beers out there get a higher rating than that, and there are some seriously amazing beers on the list. After coming close to medaling at the World Beer Cup last month (got to final table) We’re honored to be one of the top dogs in this issue of Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine for one of favorite styles of beer!
This same batch is currently ON TAP in the taproom so come n’ grab a pint before it’s gone!

💥We are kicking off our 5th Anniversary celebration week with the debut of a brand new beer series called: BAY AREA BEER LEGENDS! An ongoing collaboration series highlighting legendary Bay Area brewers who have helped shape our local beer scene and beyond for decades! The people who have carved the path for brewers like myself and who have brought glory to the Bay’s epic beer culture. Starting off with 3 particular souls who have had a sentimental & heavy influence on my personal brewing career.💥 More to come from this series soon, many more Bay Area Beer Legends out there to brew with :)

Dortmund Export Lager 5.6% abv Hopped with Northern Brewer and Saphir. Brewed in collaboration with my great friend, Chad Moshier now at @rollertownbeer in Texas. Literally Chad invited me to my first ever official brew day at the old Brewing Network HQ in Pacheco in 2008ish. I had no idea what to expect, brewing a beer style I’ve never heard of before which was Tasty’s Dortmund Lager recipe. I left with soggy toes from cleaning all the equipment and an unknown passion for brewing. Thank you, Chad for bringing me over that day. A day I’ll never forget! We honored Tasty by brewing that same recipe with this beer. Crisp, floral, and pretty darn perfect.

West Coast Pale Ale 5.5% Hopped with 586, Nelson, Mosaic, 586 (Krush) Cryo Fresh & Mosaic Cryo Fresh (a new Fresh Hop Cryo product!) Brewed with the man himself, Rodger Davis from @factionbrewing . Stylistically I don’t think I have been more inspired by any other brewer. Rodger’s beer (especially his hoppy stuff) have always been some of the best beers on planet earth. Growing up in The Bay Area beer scene, Rodger is a whole vibe, an endless bank of brewing knowledge and one of the nicest people out there. My first ever “commercial” batch of beer I brewed, I brought a growler to him to taste and I was so anxious as to what he would say about it haha, I’ve always huge supporter of Rodger + Claudia. Nowadays I can say he’s one my best friends out there and can’t thank him enough for his impact to the beer culture not just in the Bay but throughout the country.

Things are broken in, the locals know their way around the bar & the beers are dialed in. Took a lot of blood, sweat and tears but we’re still here! Some days I wish I never did this whole thing and some days I’m proud of our accomplishments. (RIP to those epic trees from the beginning, we planted new ones in remembrance)

This beer was one of the four first beers we ever released out into the world back in May 2021 for our initial can release. We’re canning up a fresh batch today :) Haven’t done a DIPA in over 2 years, come check it out!

While we are punishing our brewer today by locking him in the grain room for not winning any awards at the @worldbeercup yesterday, we’d like to extend a big ol’ congrats to our homies around the world who took home some hardware this year!
