creating this playroom for my son was an absolute dream 🌸 gotta entice all his buddies from school to come play at our house somehow :) i had so much fun painting the mural! many thanks to @bldc_sadiebauchmoyer for interior design & @sawhorsewoodworks for the custom shelving & pegboard! IT’S ALL SO DREAMY ✨
i honestly feel like an imposter posting this because i only drew a little bit of it myself.. but i had the pleasure of internally CD’ing the latest @duolingo anime series animated & directed by @titmouseinc (parker simmons)! our internal team got to fully create the ending title sequence. here are some fun snippets! (sorry i couldn’t tag everyone due to tag limit!)
a big dumpy! 🕷️ highlights include a poor quality video of me absolutely shredding in DDR (lol), lots of pups, some new tattoos & a jolly trot around the cotswolds with british buds
Cleveland-based illustrator and animation director Sarah Beth Morgan is used to telling stories with bright colors and bold visuals. Recently, she's turned to podcasting to explore current challenges in the motion design industry.
“I've just had a lot of conversations with other artists about how uncertain they feel and how even people in different industries are just feeling very adrift,” Morgan said. “And it definitely feels like there's no uniting place for people to discuss these feelings.”
Throughout five immersive episodes of her podcast “Ghost Frame,” Morgan’s narration weaves personal stories and relatable humor into conversations with other creative professionals who’ve experienced similar challenges.
“I do want people to feel hope for our industry, and if they're having a career crisis, know that it's okay to be in transition,” Morgan said. “I would just hope that what other people get out of it is feeling heard and not feeling alone.”
