On a sunny New Year’s Eve morning we visited @wolfoneast ☀️✨ It was super busy with lots of takeaways and they didn’t have many sweet treats left but I spotted a pistachio and white chocolate croissant which I had to have! 😍 It was super light, filled with pistachio cream and pistachio pieces and topped with drizzled white chocolate and more pistachio pieces! 💚🥐 It was incredible! Definitely my new favourite spot in Shoreham! 🤍✨

Mornings start with speciality coffee, roasted by us in Brighton, followed by brunch built on the best local produce. It is a place designed to be used properly: to sit, talk, work, meet friends, or simply stay a little longer than planned. Familiar, welcoming, and quietly alive.
Alongside the café, you will find our concept store, curated by @loaft.uk , a considered edit of objects, everyday essentials and small discoveries chosen for how they feel, not just how they look. Thoughtful pieces that earn their place in daily life.
As afternoon drifts into evening, the space shifts again. Keith knows as the man behind Ginger & Dobbs brings his approach to wine: craft-led, curious and grounded in local character. A rotating programme of guest chefs will follow, with gourmet pop-ups, seasonal menus and unexpected collaborations that keep the table evolving.
Our intention is straightforward:
to build a true neighbourhood space, open to everyone, adaptable to anything, rooted in the everyday yet open to the extraordinary.
