I am so excited and proud to wrap up my first children’s book. I’m so in love with this type of work and EAGER to get into more illustration work. These will be available for you to teach your kids some beginner ASL so stay tuned for an official publication day! — On another note, would you want to watch a longer form YouTube video of me breaking down the process and sharing what I learned? Let me know what you think 🤔 #illustration #childrensbook #dreamcometrue #fulltimeillustrator

Decided is was time to revisit my hs concentration... my latest and current favorite Spent about 12 HOURS on this one! And I packed in a lot of detail and love so leave some love ❤️ • This piece is focused on creating mundane scenes full of surrealism, wackiness, and humor. Hope you enjoy!

Mom, I made the news… sort of. Cool to see animated video and branding I helped direct show up in a story highlighting their incredible progress in sustainable tech helping save the planet. It has been meaningful to help this team grow, secure major funding, and bring their carbon-cutting system to life at one of my favorite breweries nearby. Work feels different when you know it’s pushing the world in a better direction. Huge shoutout to @toolboxcreative as this was a huge team effort and super fun to see it come to life. Big shoutout to @culture_conservationist for all of his work on the brandmark when we first started working with this company Here’s the feature if you want to check it out: /video/news/education/colorado-state-professor-recognized-as-influential-climate-leader/73-f76b8212-61c3-4978-a300-bf57e18bb428

Pretty stinkin’ cool to see this site take home four design awards. This has been my design baby and I did a lot of the heavy lifting on animation, design systems, and UI and the collaboration with @toolboxcreative and @justincengland brought it to life. ➡️  Check it out for yourself at toolboxcreative.com • #designawards #graphicdesigner #artist #creative

Fallen hard for fly fishing lately. Between tying flies with my great-grandpa’s old materials and sketching out my days on the water, this hobby’s got me deep. Been journaling each trip and might turn it into a little zine soon (no secret spots included). 🎣✏️ #sketching #riversketch #pleinair #sketchbook #natureart #illustrationartists #outdoorart #artinthewild #fortcollinsartist #sketchdaily

Excited to see this labor of love out in the world! Illustrating my third children’s book has been a reminder of how much I love creating meaningful, story-driven work. The book explores the idea of not always knowing what you want to be when you grow up—a theme that still resonates with me as a designer and illustrator constantly evolving in my craft. I’m proud of how far my creative career has come, and I’m always looking for new ways to push illustration forward in thoughtful, human-centered ways. If you’re working on an illustration-focused project, I’d love to connect! #ChildrensBookIllustration #Illustrator #VisualStorytelling #BookIllustration #CreativeCareer

Sometimes the 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚 means getting away from the design world and screen... Lately, I’ve been making more intentional space for the things that refuel my creativity outside of design. For me, that’s been evenings spent tying flies, strumming the guitar, or getting lost on the river. Lately I’ve realized that creativity doesn’t only live in front of a screen—it’s in the rhythm of the cast, the texture of thread, and the moments that remind you why you fell in love with making things in the first place. Here’s to finding inspiration outside the 9–5 and letting those small joys spill back into the creative flow. Anyone else feel like they need to put in extra effort as we enter this part of the year to not completely burn out and disengage? What does your weekend/evening reset look like?

This music feels like a home depot commercial and I'm here for it. Been enjoying creative outlets like making dumb little Youtube Videos about fly fishing and abducting trout. If you want to see me get my butt outfished by my buddy go check the link in bio for the newest video. I put a lot of work into it so my mom says you have to go watch or you're not invited to my birthday party #flyfishingcolorado #coloradooutdoors #fortcollinsliving #troutstreams #flyfisherman #coloradotrails #naturephotography #catchoftheday #wildtrout #lovethestreams
