POMAGRANA XAREL·LO 2023 - Garraf
40-year-old vines, 4km from the sea, grown tough through drought and limestone. All stainless, wild yeasts - nothing overworked.
Bright lemon peel, grapefruit and a hint of green almond, with that proper salty, sea-breeze edge. There’s a subtle herbal note (wild thyme / fennel) and a light waxy texture that gives it some weight.
Crisp, mineral, and seriously refreshing the kind of bottle that disappears without you noticing. 🍋✨🪴
DOMAINE TESSIER CHEVERNY BLANC 2023 — Loire
80% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Menu Pineau. Organic, hand-harvested, low-intervention.
Zippy lemon and lime, green apple, a bit of white peach softness underneath. There’s a light herbal edge (think fresh-cut grass / fennel), backed by a subtle creaminess from the Chardonnay.
Sharp where you want it, but rounded enough to keep you in - finishes clean and mineral, straight back in for another sip. 🍋🍑🌱
