These are 3 of the 4 custom machines I had the pleasure of building specifically for @rr_elitetrainingcenter ! @rr_elitetrainingcenter is coming to Allentown Pennsylvania at the end of next month. Every piece of equipment was hand selected, not some cheap bulk machine package filled with trash equipment. (I’ve seen the full equipment list, it’s insane). We went back and forth for weeks designing, tweaking, and refining each of the 4 custom machines I built for them to make sure everything felt right. This place was built for people that actually want to train. They’re even putting a membership cap in place to keep it from turning into a crowded commercial gym. 🚨Been hiding this beauty for a few weeks 👀 still in testing… couldn’t help sharing it. • WM Biangular Row • I took an OG Magnum Biangular Row, kept the same concept, but redesigned most of the frame. • Some of the improvements I made were: 1. ISO/Bi locking movement arms (independent or together) 2. Full knurled stainless handles. None of that rubber garbage 3. Lots of other stainless options (linkage, bearing pins, weight horns) • This machine uses 18 bearings to create a very smooth pull. • It also has super grippy upholstery to keep you locked into the movement. • I worked this machine into my back workout recently and got destroyed. A little bit of weight goes a long way. • Total footprint is 6’ x 3’, which is pretty good for such an effective machine! • This current form is not its final form — it will be getting end caps and powdercoat, and it will look 10x better. • Right now it’s still in the testing phase, but if you’re interested in snagging one when the final version is ready, just send me a message and I’ll add you to the list!

The Tru-Squat is one of those machines that’ll humble anyone who steps into it. 🦵🏼 • This is my remake of the original. Another day, another Tru-Squat! • This one turned out beautiful with all the stainless options and the diamond plate footplate 🔥 • I always forget just how humbling this machine is. It’s absolutely brutal on the quads. This version has a loadable counterweight so the starting resistance is pretty heavy so 1 or 2 plates goes a long way! • More of these to come! The new Standing Preacher Curl 💪🏼 No details spared on this build. Stainless brackets, grippy upholstery, custom Voltra crossmember, stainless footplate, super compact footprint: 24” x 37” (including footplate). 7 elbow pad angles from nearly 90° to flat for a huge range of training setups. This Voltra crossmember has a T so you can move the Voltra directly under the pad for the ideal forearm curl angle. Spotter arms not pictured… coming soon. Fit note: This is not one size fits all. Been getting lots of testing and feedback on the V1 Lying/ Seated extension prototype. Gonna slightly change some angles, add a few small details, reinforce some areas and add in the details I left out for the prototype. . Hopefully gonna have the Prototype V2 finished next month, as well as releasing order slots and pricing models! . I can’t wait for y’all to be able to use this machine! Stay tuned 💪🏼💪🏼

Introducing the prototype for my new leg extension! I had a few key features I wanted to include with this machine. 1. I wanted to be able to do isolateral work. Coming off a knee reconstruction it’s been super important for me to be able to work one leg separately from the other. 2. I wanted super deep range of motion. I’ve used too many machines where you get absolutely no stretch on the muscle before it bottoms out. 3. I wanted the lying extension function to get a stretch around the knee joint and the hip joint. I also added some weight curve manipulation with the extra horn that can be added in the front. (Not pictured in any of the slides). The weight curve feels pretty even throughout the movement with the single horn setup. In testing with both horns on one side, the front one added more weight in the stretched position and tapered off towards the contraction. . I went with the 3x3 tubing style design because I like how it looks and the functionality/modularity it provides. I will test it out with bandpegs which I feel will be absolutely brutal! . Some other small details… - 6” diameter roller pads (height adjustable) - 4 different seat angles (adjustable depth) - adjustable bottom stopper Again, this is the prototype, it’s missing some critical details right now and needs some additions and changes to really dial it in, but when it’s dialed in and finished it’s going to be insane! . Who’s excited for the new leg extension! I know I am. I’ve been keeping it a secret for some time and have been loving it in testing! More testing to follow, but I just wanted to share the prototype with everyone!
