Delivered across three high-traffic retail environments, the Meta AI Pop-Up was designed to make emerging technology feel accessible, engaging, and human.
The space combined clean, approachable design with hands-on interaction - inviting shoppers to explore Meta AI through guided demos, intuitive touchpoints, and live conversations with brand ambassadors.
A modular, scalable build allowed the activation to seamlessly adapt across multiple centres while maintaining a consistent brand experience. From discovery to deeper engagement, every element was designed to simplify the complex and spark curiosity.
