REPEAT LANGUAGE & MESSAGING - Are you a “hey” or “hello” person? - Do you call every thing “cool”? Pick the words you want to use over and over again. They don’t have to relate to your business or offerings, but how you speak and the words you choose. You can even choose the words you’ll never say! 02. CONSISTENT SPELLING & ABBREVIATIONS - Would you write “and” “&” or “+”? - DO YOU TALK IN CAPS or all lowercase? - Do u abbr. or spell everything out? Talk to your customers in the same way and it will build a brand with a clear message as to who you are! 03. PHRASES & TAGLINES How can you bring your tagline across all your messaging?
