I love co-producing @abram_mamet ‘s albums because of the amount of love he pours into the entire process, from writing the pieces to putting together his band to producing hand-printed vinyl.

This tour faced huge setbacks, but we pushed through. It’s been a joy and a privilege to make music with my sister @missmalindakat (not to mention the magnificent @branmuzsick and @emdeanmusic !)

Sorry to bundle this in a social post, but I’m as communication challenged as I’ve always been and want to make sure I at least get stuff out there.

Text version:
1. I am going to be out of town from October 15 through November 22! I’ll be touring the U.S. with a really fun group, so non-DC friends, check out my previous IG post to see if your city is on the route!!
2. I’m looking for someone to take care of my sweet boy while I’m gone. They could live in my apartment for free for a month and a half! I’ll post more info but if you think you know someone who would be interested in that please send them my way!!
3. I’m officially handing the reins of my show on WPFW, Jazz Stories, to my brother Gio Russonello for the rest of the year. We’ve been co-hosting a bit and I’m so glad to have him as part of the show! Keep tuning in, Thursdays 3-5pm!
4. After almost two years, the Lucy Bar standards gig is over, at least for now :( I had such a good time hitting with Dave and Mark almost every week, and hope I get another outlet to do it soon (before I lose my upright chops!)
