The question that pegs us all - what is / how do you define your style?
Up till now, I’ve not exactly found the best answer. But perhaps that’s ok - for change is constant, and for one to grow, it’s best not to tie ourselves down.
So to put it simply - to understand my photography style, is to understand me.
I want my photographs to embody the personalities of all those I’ve had the joy and honour of meeting, of journeying with.
If that’s a good enough answer for you - then I’d love to start a journey with you too.
Cheers,
Hannah
“What are your rates?” This is often the first question I get asked - and I’m sure I’m not the only one.
So here’s to shed some light on what you’re paying for - it’s never just the final product, but the process of making them what they are. This is the value of our work as photographers & creatives.
Humans first, photography second.
This is what happens when we choose to get to know one another beyond titles or labels.
We sit down, we chit chat. We ask questions, we open up. We let our curiosity guide us. We partake in honest conversations.
This is what happens when we allow life to take place.
We gather, we give ourselves time to explore nature, not knowing what may happen next, but accepting circumstances however they may be. We embrace what is given to us, and we simply have fun.
This is what happens when we choose to truly live in the present moment, to soak it in, before it quickly and quietly slips away into a thing of the past.
This is the Art of Memory 2026.
Day 1 of my photo session in Maldives - honestly still taking time to process the whole trip, it’s been such an experience 🥹 from the day I got the enquiry, to booking my flight tix, actually going to Maldives, taking the seaplane, getting to stay in a luxury villa resort… so thankful to R+L for having me on this trip, and for constantly making sure I was in good hands. Shoutout to the staff at Soneva for top tier hospitality. Keep a lookout for day 2’s vlog!
Over time, I realised the people that I get to journey with for weddings tend to be similar to me in certain ways. For Jon + Louisa, it was their introverted and slightly goofy nature - a warm synergy that brings me comfort. But my favourite part about them is their thoughtfulness - from creating & planning a whole puzzle as a fun dinner activity, to buying personalised gifts for their guests (me included 😢). Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey, it’s been a great run 🫶🏻

They say third time’s the charm. In J+S case, that meant saying their vows on 3 separate occasions. And guess who had the honour of capturing their third and final celebration? 🙋🏻♀️
To J+S: thank you for treating me as your friends throughout your wedding journey. It’s been such a joy and honour to document the ordinary & extraordinary moments of your lives. Ps you have made a core memory for me of capturing you walk down the aisle to LOTR. Wishing you both nothing but the best. I hope our paths cross again 🤲🏻

Part 1 of Behind the Lens 📷 - a new series where you can get to know more about the people who capture the biggest day of your lives, beyond the photos.
Meet Hannah from With Twenty Two (@withtwentytwo ), whose photography style is heartfelt, free-flowing and personality-driven 🤍 A bit more about her:
Q: What’s your style when shooting with couples?
A: I prioritise fun above all else - as long as you’ve enjoyed yourself, I know the photos are going to be great.
Q: What’s one thing that couples always say about your photos?
A: “We love how natural all of your couples always look, no matter the setting.”
Q: What do you do when you’re not shooting weddings?
A: I enjoy spending time at home doing things at my own pace: making coffee, reading, exercising, cooking. But I also deeply enjoy my hobbies like freediving and yoga.

For some reason, it seems that I have an affinity with cloudy rainy weather - for the few days that M&A were here, this was the only day that it rained 😅 but I guess the good that comes from it is that I rarely fret over the forecast anymore. And with a couple as easy going as them, it makes for the best sessions - playful, laid back and ever so intimate.
I hope I made your time here in SG (since your last visit 10 years ago) a little more colourful - thank you M&A for picking me to document this special trip down memory lane!
Absolutely loveddd this city session with L+L 🤍 It may have been short, but it doesn’t make it any less fun nor meaningful.
As they’re based in SF, they trusted me to bring them around the city to create some core memories of their time back in SG. Even though I photograph in this area all the time, it just seems like there’s always something new around the corner. That’s the beauty of our ever changing city 🏙️🫶🏻
