Can I be honest with you about something?
I’ve always shown up for this business. Fully booked, growing, doing exactly what I loved as a “job” and training others how to do the same.
But for a while now, things have been different and I haven’t always shown up for myself in the same way.
You all know bits of my health journey. And running a studio - physically, mentally, the constant being “on” - takes more than most people realise. I’ve been managing all of that alongside trying to build something I’m proud of.
I hit a point where I had a choice to make.
Keep pushing in a way that isn’t sustainable for me long term... or take a step back, make a smarter decision, and build something that actually works with my life.
It was time I chose myself. And I don’t say that lightly.
The studio closes in August. Not because I stopped loving what I do - but because I can’t be running something with half the energy - it’s not my style! So I need to do this differently now.

It’s very rare I get speechless. But this is a very emotional post to make.
With Sam Collective will be closing in August.
This business has meant more to me than words can explain. It helped shape me into who I am today and taught me lessons I’ll carry forever.
I’m proud of what I built, grateful for everyone who supported me, and emotional to close a chapter that has been such a big part of my life.
But I know deep down it’s time to put me first.

The difference in 5 months!!! 🥹✨

Same venue.
Two very different versions of me.
The first photo was yesterday.
The second photo was back in November - one week before I started my tablets and an induced chemical menopause because of my endometriosis and adenomyosis.
Yes, a lot has changed in business since then - helping more women prioritise themselves and achieve things they once thought were impossible.
But the biggest difference is ME!
More confident.
More comfortable in my own skin.
Not having to choose an outfit that would hide the bloat.
And the best part… I made it through the whole weekend without a flare up or pain ruining it 👏🏽

I’m still navigating the side effects of chemical menopause.
Still figuring out how to support my body properly.
But this version of me feels stronger.
Not because everything is perfect.
But because everything I’m building now (in life and in business) is finally being built with myself in mind too.
