There was a time when a community’s leftovers became its tools, clothing, and shelter. Nothing was waste because nothing could afford to be. We don’t live in those communities anymore, and mass production has changed what’s possible. But the logic still holds, maybe more than ever. What a dream come true. A private pre-launch party celebrating @withrawmaterials_ ‘s upcoming collection. A huge thank you to @fouroneninesf for the space.I walked into this venue four years ago and daydreamed about one day hosting an event here. To think that a passion project has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined is beyond me.
