I had to figure out how to scale my salon storefronts, in person clients, and my wig business through real-life experiences on my own with no mentor.
I had to learn how to fill my suites up with professional & ambitious stylists, building a loyal clientele, managing renters, AND creating systems that actually work while still balancing motherhood.
It was also about finding balance, serving my community, and showing up for my family and myself.
This is year has been about growth, balance, hustle, and joy.

This was often a repetitive frustration amongst clients (they felt like they couldn't get both anywhere else)

I used to be stressed about having new clients all the time, taking random last-minute clients, and trying to squeeze everybody in.
But once I got consistent with prebooking, my schedule stayed full with clients that fit my vision. They knew exactly when to come back, so no more last-minute chaos.
And I finally got some REAL work–life balance.
Prebooking is the reason I can work fewer days, stay consistently booked, and still have a life outside the salon.
