How do you brand a place unlike anywhere else? In competitive sectors dominated by big corporates, people are hungry for authenticity. But when ambitious founders challenge an established category, their greatest asset – uniqueness – can also be their biggest barrier. Holidays often come down to two options: cookie-cutter, all-inclusive resorts or exclusive, sometimes isolated, villa rentals. @peligoni offers the best of both worlds: a club by the sea with watersports, restaurants and activities for all ages, with unique villas tucked away in the surrounding hills. Go all in, or dip in – a freedom that makes loyal guests return year after year, precisely because it can’t be put in a box. But the traditional codes of holiday accommodation were making Peligoni’s offer confusing to new customers. Is it only for families? What’s included in the price? Do I need to be a member to come? As a strategic branding agency, our task was to challenge these codes and reframe Peligoni’s beautiful complexities into one clear, brand strategy. The result? A rebrand centred on a core idea: Summer Freedom. It’s been over a year in the making with the team at Without… When we began this project, our main goal was simplicity, to create a brand that could grow in the right direction. But it was crucial that our love of barefoot luxury remained at the core of any new version of us. It all started with a trip to Zakynthos in summer 2024, when the team at Without – our new brand partners – experienced first-hand the spirit of Peligoni. A diving board over the sea, weathered by a thousand splashes. Shared tables under the stars for new and old friends. A place to let inhibitions go, to be barefoot and barefaced. That initial trip led to months of immersion between the two teams, as Without learnt about our unique approach to hospitality. They spent time with guests, too, from first-timers to longtime regulars, listening to their holiday stories and looking through old photos. The result is a new brand that champions the perfectly imperfect. New art direction and photography that capture genuine moments with real guests, some shot on guests’ disposable cameras. A tone of voice that balances evocative and grounded. And the all-important tech to support our guests’ digital journeys, even before they arrive on the island. “We’ve grown from a humble watersports club to a world of wellness weeks, fitness, guest chefs and much more. On the 12th day of Christmas...* As we begin to wrap up 2025, the Without team counts down to the 12 highlights of a challenging and rewarding year. Thank you to all our clients for pushing boundaries and inspiring us to deliver great work together. So, at number 12... 12 New brand launches. Clients with unique stories came to us to help them define what makes them different – and that’s the kind of challenge we love. So congratulations to twelve terrific brands and the exceptional people leading them: Since opening its first restaurant in central London on Berwick Street at the start of the year, @breadstall has been flying, with Jay Rayner, Sadiq Khan and Gordon Ramsay calling it “the best pizza in London”. Meanwhile, industry icon @jeremyrbking opened @theparklondon , the second in his new trilogy (he gave us a behind-the-scenes tour of this third, Simpson’s In The Strand, due to open in 2026). And food was central to our work with @sodexogroup 's One&All, a visionary, billion-dollar business feeding – and uniting – the student body of US colleges. In travel, we can’t wait to unveil our work with @peligoni . Look out for it in January — you’ll want to pack your bags and head to Greece immediately. And to turn travel journeys from nightmares into dreams, we’ve created a host of new brands and categories for the boundary-pushing teams behind Airport Dimensions, Sleepover, @theclublounges , Poppin and Connecta. More to come in 2026. When we talk about challenger categories, @clubcondorgolf is the perfect example: a golf club in the city, with a member’s club to socialise and work. No other brand like it, also coming in 2026. Speaking of work, we helped @mindspace.me rebrand across 47 locations in 23 cities and seven countries, with workspaces that reflect the unique energy of each space. And last but not least, a new project coming with @bbcstudios … *we know it's not actually the 12th day of Christmas but let's call it creative licence.

Market-leading brands face a similar challenge at a crucial point in their journey: having shaped and led their category organically, how do they build structure and consistency to grow in a crowded and competitive sector? Serving two distinct audiences – airports and travellers – US airport lounge operator, The Club, commissioned us to unify and differentiate their growing estate of unique lounges – and stay ahead of the competition. The new identity is being rolled out in physical locations, as well as across every customer touchpoint: from functional comms to storytelling; menus and digital screens to a new UI for the customer app.

In the 10 years we’ve worked together, Third Space has grown from two to double-digit clubs, with a 360 view of wellbeing - from nutrition, to medical, to community - and digital support - from membership management to online classes. Challenged to create new digital tools for the future of the brand, we crunched the data to optimise different user experiences. The result is a new website (focused on acquisition), and a member app (focused on experience) that work as frictionless extensions of Third Space’s unique physical offer. “The look, designed by branding agency Without, has even more of a workshop vibe than Rudy’s: blackboard menus, industrial ducted ceilings, bare brick walls, and a clean blue and white artfully functional logo. Pizza is simple, which means there’s nowhere to hide, it’s easy to get it wrong.
