Lately I haven’t been very productive. I’ve been procrastinating a lot and I can feel I’ve lost some discipline.
Between my knee surgery, recovery, and a few personal things going on, I think I kind of got stuck in a slower phase.
But I know it’s just a phase. I just need to get back to my basics: sport, discipline, consistency… and rebuild my rhythm step by step💪🏻🙏🏻
