Using Tanuki from @enjoyanyamatcha (@with.miles ) here, it's a blend of yabukita and saemidori. I love Saemidori as a single origin so I was really excited to try this blend. And it didn't disappoint! It was nutty, slightly umami and very creamy. Not astringent and really smooth.
