Back at it for 2026! I have been back on the wheel this week making for upcoming markets, a friend’s wedding, and today.. for myself! I had a little voice in the back of my head say ‘just throw something big and have some fun’ and I’m so glad I listened to it! Haven’t thrown 5lbs for a long time, and it was a great little confidence boost to remember that I can 💗 let’s hope she makes it through the rest of the process!

We’re back for our Spring Makers Market!🌷Join us on March 22nd from 10:00AM-4:00PM to welcome the new season and support local artists. Shop ceramics, vintage, jewelry, skincare, fiber art, stained glass, mosaics, printmaking, chocolate and more from 15 creators and vendors. We’ll also be collecting goods for the Ballard Food Bank during the market, keep an eye on our account for more information. Can’t wait to see you there!

My last market of the season is coming up next Saturday! I’ll be inside at @reubensbrews from 1-6pm for @ihimpopups ! I’ll then be dropping off things at @station7seattle , where you’ll be able to find my work for the rest of the season! Working hard on getting more bug mugs ready for this weekend, but thinking maybe a preorder in the new year where you can choose your bugs and colors…. Let me know if you’re interested!!

What a week!! What a show!! What a season a life!! What incredible community!! Last week was a big week in our house - markets are always a big push, and this year (particularly this holiday market season) has been a lot of learning for me about changing my own expectations of my productivity/success now that I’m spending my time looking after a babe rather than just purely making things. The universe works in funny ways, and sent us all an insane cold last week to force me to change my expectations, and remind me that just getting to a huge market is something to be celebrated! Going in to the market with that mindset made it such an incredible weekend. Reconnecting with market friends and SO many other beautiful friends that came to see me, many who i haven’t seen in the last year. I was just filled with so much joy that you stopped by - can’t wait to emerge from my babe bubble and catch up with you all in the new year. So many familiar customer faces, amazing conversations, new relationships built and stories shared - I am so lucky to have my work in your homes, your friends homes and to be selected as gifts for your loved ones. Thank you! And maybe most importantly, the work I made for this show has felt like my best work yet. Definitely the work I have been most proud of and excited to share with the world. Maybe that’s because it took so much more of me to make it this time. Maybe because it has so much more meaning to me as a reclaiming of my Self and my identity. I unpacked the last kiln and instead of picking out things and thinking they were fine, I could really see the beauty in them - it was an incredible feeling, a place that I have worked hard to get to and so proud I have made it there (for the moment)! Thank you for being my community and supporting my work! Even if you didn’t buy anything this weekend or even make it to the market - thank you for being here! Thank you for supporting me to grow! Thank you for your encouragement, conversation, input, kind words and love! I feel so so lucky to have you in my corner!! 💗

Some cute cups went in the kiln tonight! Can’t wait to see how these turn out - really liking where this new work is going. Seems to be a little snapshot into my life right now. Summer, getting dressed and lost socks! 🧦 (Excuse the lighting - 9pm kiln loads do not make for good lighting)

Things have been looking a little different around here over the last 3 months! I have definitely been busy, just with squishy little hands rather than ceramics. This weekend I got back on the wheel for the first time since January and it was magical! ✨ looking forward to chipping away at making some new things in preparation for a hopeful holiday market 🤞 Can’t wait to share with you the new things I’m making, which have so much more meaning to me now that they are the physical evidence of my me time 💙
