Brandon has read at eclectic venues such as 3 Dollar Bill, Prime Produce, Snug Harbor, and their uncle’s kitchen. They also teach introductory tarot courses in libraries throughout Westchester and the Hudson Valley. Rebuilding from the rubble is the way of life for some of us, and so the tower can be affirming that things going in unexpected ways is something leading us to our most authentic, free selves.
On a deeper level, the fear of the tower card is the same fear people have of queerness—something different something beyond our understanding something outside our control.

I’ve been thinking about this for months and can’t condense it for a 1 minute video so I’m not going to try.
The fall of the tower can be awful, calamitous. But it also can be liberating, joyous. Depends on which side of the empire’s fall you are on. Just because it shows up in a reading doesn’t mean your life is doomed.
Tarot requires nuance. This reel, however, will not be the place to find it.
