We kick off Iceland’s independence day in the heart of Reykjavík with a sublime selection of artists across 3 stages of quality Techno, House and Drum and Bass all night long from both international and local talent.
Making their Iceland debut we are pleased to introduce Adrianna and Cranz, bringing their certified flavours to the table:
ADRIANNA is one of techno’s most compelling new forces. With a sound rooted in precision, power, and atmosphere, her profile is rising fast across Europe’s club and festival circuit.
She’s also the founder of Temple Music and the driving force behind the event brand ASCENSION, now cemented as a fixture on the UK techno calendar. This year, she’s headlining alongside UMEK, Victor Ruiz, Metodi Hristov, Christian Smith, Marie Vaunt, Spartaque, Alan Fitzpatrick, The YellowHeads, and Teenage Mutants, affirming her place among the genre’s leading names.

Cranz has been shaping the sound of the techno scene for over a decade, a resident of the legendary Crackhouse in Gdansk in Poland and founder of the KYSH Records label and event series. He is known for uncompromising sets that fuse raw energy with precision, having shared the decks with artists such as Alarico, Chontane, Obscure Shape to name a few.

🟡 After 11 years of attending ADE, I can confirm that each edition feels different while still always being a storm of fun and adventure. This year however really showed the difference in how people’s experience at events was, based on the guests and organisers.
I want to give a special shout out to @he.she.they for by far rocking the best stage, guests and vibe of @mysticgardenfestival
The @mbartistsagency artists showcase was the hidden gem of ADE, could not have found a better closing with more lovely bass heads.
Also big ups to the super nice crew of @stilvortalent at their showcase!

We’re up for a special one this time around, where we celebrate 5 lovely years of Volume with none other than the legend Christian Smith himself, alongside some of our beloved residents and friends.
@christiansmithofc is one of the world’s leading exponents of techno, both as a DJ and producer he’s always bold and innovative. With his output in recent years it is hard to imagine a list of prolific producers without his name towards the top. He has been at the top of his game for over two decades with his trademark groovy techno. In 1995 he started his label Tronic, since then it has dominated the charts with releases from Christian himself and the likes of ANNA, Enrico Sangiuliano, Paco Osuna, Drunken Kong,
Wehbba, Ramon Tapia, and more. The label has been the top selling techno label in the world according to Beatport, and is soon to celebrate its 500th release. Tronic also has a weekly show which is now syndicated to over 100 stations worldwide, their 500th show was celebrated with special guest Carl Cox and now in 2022, they are already fast approaching the 600th episode.
