Theyâre heading across the Upper Midwest â starting at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway for chainsaw training â before jumping into invasive species removal and conservation projects at Voyageurs National Park, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Grand Portage National Monument, River Raisin National Battlefield Park, and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

Last week our staff visited Mazomanie Bluff Park to walk through last yearâs project and talk trail maintenance with their new Public Works Director.
Bonus: our Senior Crew Leader Max, worked on the project last year, so it was a full-circle moment.
And of course, we stopped at Arena Cheese Factory â home to the Colby Jack. Max came from Portland, OR, so we had to give him the full Wisconsin cheesy welcome. đ§
