15,000 beds delivered 🎉
A huge milestone for Winvic as we complete Crown Place, Birmingham, taking delivery in our Multi-Room sector beyond 15,000 beds.
Delivered for our valued client, the £85m, 814-bed development is now Birmingham’s tallest student accommodation building, creating a new addition to the city’s skyline. Operated by Yugo, the building has been welcoming students since January 2026.
Located on Lancaster Street, the scheme includes:
• 572 studios
• 114 cluster flats
• 128 duplex rooms
• 13,000+ sq ft of premium amenity space
Delivered across a 145-week programme on a highly constrained city-centre site, the project showcases the expertise required to deliver complex high-rise residential schemes safely and efficiently.
Innovation also played a key role, including our first unitised brick façade, the UK-first deployment of Skyline Cockpit for remote crane operation, and the AmpD Enertainer battery system to help reduce diesel usage. 💡
