Aurora yesterday — featuring an epic 5-hour set from Ciaran McAuley, celebrating his upcoming album ‘Finding Me’, alongside amazing support from our UKTS DJs – Chinmayi, AMG, Bald Paul, Hon and Ben Dursley! 💫
Aurora has always been about creating intimate experiences with extended sets, and this event truly took things to the next level. Hosting our first ever 5-hour journey with Ciaran — who’s been making waves across the trance scene — made this one of our most special events to date!
Huge thanks to Ciaran for digging deep and crafting a breathtaking musical journey, to Chris and Dan from Assured Agency, the fantastic Lower Third staff for their support and for looking after us, to Rob Stainforth (Photography) and Kuba Lipski (Videography) for capturing the magic and also to the glam star behind the merch store. Same location 115 years apart. Originally opened as a Cinema now a historic music venue.
It’s seen silent movies, as originally it had an orchestra pit. WW1, The Great depression, WW2. The removal of its original stone facade in the 50’s (so sad!) The biggest change moving to a music venue in the 80’s. My story begins in 1996 when I used to go to trance events. They are still held here to this day! Today I have the honour of shooting all the events here. So much history, if walls could talk…
