From grove to jar 🫒Our olive trees have once again gifted us beautiful California Queen Olives and while they create a stunning entrance to Winmark, they’re just as delicious to enjoy! 🌿 The olives are now being carefully sorted and placed into small batches to brine, allowing for greater control over flavour and quality. They’ll cure for six months before being washed, re-brined, and finally flavoured and packaged, ready for the Winmark Pantry! Last year’s harvest brought home incredible results, with our chilli & garlic winning gold, plain olives taking out best in class, and fennel seed & lemon zest earning silver.
