Last week, we shared exciting news about the next chapter of Windover’s growth: our first official geographic expansions into the Carolinas. Now, meet the team that’s leading that growth from our new office in Charleston, SC. 🤝 Meet Jason MacPherson, Project Executive for the South Carolina office. With nearly 30 years in the construction industry—more than half at Windover—Jason brings steady, people-first leadership to complex residential, commercial, and institutional projects. 🤝 Meet Chris Pellegrini, Manager of Preconstruction for South Carolina. Chris brings a well-rounded background in preconstruction and project management from his time at Windover, and he partners closely with owners, designers, and trade partners to develop accurate budgets, assess constructability, and guide projects from early planning through delivery. After helping drive Windover’s success in New England, Jason and Chris are excited to lead its growth in the Lowcountry, collaborating with clients, designers, and trade partners to shape spaces that elevate the region.

📣 Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hinting at what’s next for Windover – and today we’re excited to share the news. Windover is now building in the Carolinas! Our new office in Charleston, South Carolina, marks our first official geographic expansion and reflects a long-term commitment to building spaces, communities, and lasting relationships – together. We look forward to working alongside clients, designers, and trade partners across the Lowcountry as we build what’s next. Project Spotlight: The Truette at The Waterfront District We’re proud to share the completion of The Truette, the first phase of Dover, NH’s transformative Waterfront District—delivering 244,000 SF of luxury residences and ground-floor retail, as well as 23 townhomes, in a vibrant, walkable riverfront setting. Designed for connective living, The Truette reflects years of collaboration and thoughtful planning. As this first phase is completed, Windover has also begun construction on the next phase: a 90,000 SF condominium building that will add 43 additional homes, ranging in size from one- to three-bedroom, to the emerging waterfront community Thank you to our partners @cathartesboston , @embarcdesign , and the design team and trade partners whose collaboration, vision, and commitment made this project possible. Congratulations to Allen Pereira and Emilio Quibaja on completing the prep course and passing the exam to obtain their Construction Supervisor License! 👏 The Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in Massachusetts is the most comprehensive license available, allowing holders to oversee a wide range of construction projects. Thank you, Allen and Emilio, for pursuing this license and continuing to enhance how we build!

The Truette is open in Dover, and it was well worth the wait. 415 units across four buildings, 15 townhomes, a composite steel podium on pile foundations - all on a riverfront site with challenging soil conditions throughout.
