The steps shown in this video are just the first steps of thousands to come in our meticulous manufacturing process to build the best. The process begins with expert craftsman Quade gluing, assembling, and clamping a Sabrina V cabinet, constructed entirely from Wilson Audio’s proprietary X, V, and H-Materials—establishing the inert structural cornerstone essential to its performance.
The first step is the precision machining of our proprietary material, followed by the preparation of cabinet parts for Fabrication Shop assembly. After being glued, the cabinet then cures in a 120-degree Fahrenheit heated room for 72 hours. After curing, the enclosure is meticulously shaped, routed, and hand-sanded to 4/1000’s of an inch, preparing it for the Gel Coat process. This marine-grade composite layer is sprayed onto the speaker’s surface, then hand-sanded to achieve a flawless finish before receiving our signature multi-layer WilsonGloss paint.
Following paint, the speaker is wet sanded, buffed to a mirror-like finish, and QC’d before final assembly. Production is where the speaker receives its final internal and external components, including hand-built crossovers utilizing Wilson Audio’s proprietary, built-in-house Reliable Capacitors.
Each Wilson Audio loudspeaker undergoes rigorous testing and voicing, ensuring it meets our uncompromising standards before it’s ready to deliver you a life-like sonic experience that all Wilson Audio speakers are renowned for.
