Downtown Lexington is full of great spots, but the @lexdistillerydistrict holds a special place in my heart. I’m a Spirit Guide at @darkartswhiskey and I bartend at my favorite little dive, @brkrmbar 1-2 times a week, so I find myself in the District on a near daily basis. Celebrated 36 with the coolest cats 🖤
A year and a half ago, I thought I was just signing up for a part time bartending job. What I got was an incredibly genuine and kind group of people, all juggling their own shit, seeing my mess and saying “come on in, we’ve got a spot for you”.
