2025 wrapped 🌯
Thanks to everyone who I’ve worked with this year ✌️
Thanks to the world for its unrelenting, unpredictable nature - both unforgiving and extremely rewarding to capture.
Loads more to come next year 🫶
An image I made for @framelinesmag “Abstract Creativity” challenge.
Thank you so much to @moller_joakim for his kind words when reviewing the submissions. To know this was his favourite out of all the submissions was a huge confidence boost.
This style of work is something I used to experiment with a lot more than I do these days. Maybe time to take it more seriously.
Bristol Balloon Festival in August
I was at @bristolballoon for work and managed to get some shots between a hectic schedule.
It was super hot. Constantly had to seek shelter under various types of canopies providing shade but it was so fun walking around and absorbing the diverse crowd of this free festival.
Back with @prestondynamosfc last week for the first time this season.
An unfortunate loss for the boys considering how hard they worked. They really give their all for these games, both physically and mentally. It can be gruelling and tough to watch, but when the victories happen, you feel why it’s worth it.
Hoping to capture a lot more for them this season.
These three girls performed a dance at the annual Rathayatra Festival on Brighton seafront.
After they’d finished, I went over and started taking some casual snaps, which led to chatting with their mums and dance teacher.
They asked if we could do some photos on the beach and I was happy to oblige.
Here are the results
Organising a photoshoot for the print mag during one of our events was a first, as @tayjordan_pc came down to Brighton to take to the stage and the page(s).
It was the launch of @offieradio , the pop-up community radio station that we’ve been running since March, and Tay’s set was worthy of the occasion.
He had an inter-generational crowd harmoniously chanting the explicit hook of ‘Too Many’ in unison. Community indeed.
@asherpenney took him for donuts on the pier before the set and he and @willulrch lit up the basement with their flash guns to immortalise a special night in film photography, in print, and in all of our hearts forever.
It’s like, “1, 2, 3, 4, 5…”
Read about all of the above in print. Issue Fifteen is available from our shop, worldwide shipping.
Summer youth gathering.
Always a bit of a weird/intimidating one taking photos of people in early adolescence. We hold memories of those times but often forget how it felt to be that age - retrospective roads.
