The full EP has been a few years in the making, starting from the idea of “A Conversation” after a weekend at Houghton Festival.
Sunchaser is a collaboration with Dutch artist and vocalist @mellejutte . Such a special journey working with him creatively, and easily one of my favourite projects I’ve worked on in recent years.
Obscured Vision features @georgethepoet , an artist I’ve respected and admired for a long time. This one was actually written nearly five years ago, and feels like it’s finally found its moment.
Dreamer brings sunrise, open-air terrace energy that I’m always drawn to, plus an instrumental version of Sunchaser to round it off. Grateful for everyone involved and @willsaul9 and Bella Saul and excited for you to hear the full EP at the end of the month 🧡

My new EP, Paradise Ave is out today on @aus_music 👀👀 so here’s me awkwardly unboxing the records that arrived this week.
This is an ultra special record for me - collaborating with two artists who I have a deep connection with - Fink I have been making music with for over 25 years and he released the first record on Aus as Sideshow. James , I signed to !K7 as an artist for his first album deal. Both collaborations happened remotely during lockdown and bought much needed rays of light into an otherwise very dark time.

The latest single from the forthcoming Paradise Ave EP is OUT TODAY.
A collaboration between @jamesalexanderbright and @willsaul9 , their track ‘Blue’ sees the pair create a downtempo vocal-fuelled soul track for this EP to mark the final release of the AUS200 series and sees them create something a bit different from the usual and expected Aus repertoire.
On remix duties… James reworks this track into a widescreen hazy breakbeat track whilst the live drums from @joris_feiertag keep you moving. Under his Sideshow alias, Fink provides a remix of Slo-Mo life that rides on airy jungle breaks and dubbed out blissness.
Paradise Ave EP lands on the 7th May and is available for pre-order now on vinyl and digital.
