🚨NEW MUSIC ALERT🚨 the post says it all but I am releasing my first EP under my own name on my birthday in two weeks: March 16th 2026. It took me forever to release this stuff but I am really proud of this little group of contrasting compositions; they each tell a different story about me as an artist and person. Plus I got to play all my instruments on it. Last week I had the honor of playing viola in the American premiere of Carla Bley's legendary piece: "Escalator Over The Hill". As a jazz string player, I had always wanted to play in a big band but had not had the opportunity until now - and I can't think of a more fulfilling first go at it. Grateful for my incredible colleagues and teachers!
