Construction continues to move steadily forward at Wilson’s Cove, the future luxury boutique hotel taking shape in Stevensville, MD. Over the past month, crews have been hard at work across nearly every area of the project as interior finishes, site work, and building systems continue coming together.
Recent progress has included extensive painting and trim work throughout multiple floors, drywall punch-out, door installation, window and sliding door trim, flooring and shower tile installation, and continued work on balconies, soffits, and exterior details. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams have also remained busy advancing HVAC systems, lighting, fire alarm infrastructure, panel tie-ins, generators, ductwork, plumbing connections, and elevator-related work throughout the building.
Outside, crews have continued making progress on the pool area, parking lot grading and paving, curb and gutter work, bio pond improvements, and exterior lighting installation. With more finishes taking shape each week, it’s exciting to see this large-scale waterfront project continuing to transform into a finished destination.
Progress is officially underway at the future home of Coastal Community Church in Berlin, MD, following the project groundbreaking in December of 2025.
Over the past month and a half, crews have been hard at work preparing the site for vertical construction. Early efforts have included installing silt fencing, removing unsuitable soils and replacing them with engineered fill, grading and rolling the site, pouring pier footings, and setting anchor bolts.
It’s exciting to see this project move from planning into active construction as the foundation begins to take shape for this important addition to the community. We look forward to sharing more progress in the months ahead.

Yesterday, Willow Construction teams across all active job sites came together for our 9th Annual Safety Stand Down, joining OSHA’s nationwide effort to prevent falls and reinforce a culture of safety across the industry. From the field to the office, our team and trade partners paused work to focus on what matters most—keeping everyone safe.
This year’s Stand Down covered critical topics including electrical safety, fall protection, heat illness prevention, suicide awareness, and job-specific risks. Through open discussion, real-world observations, and shared experiences, teams across every site engaged in meaningful conversations that strengthen awareness and accountability.
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this day impactful. Your commitment to safety—on every job, every day—continues to drive the strong culture we’re proud to uphold at Willow Construction.

Installation of insulation, strapping, and DensGlass® Sheathing is well underway across multiple elevations, along with exterior panels, parapet work, and roof flashing. Waterproofing and EIFS prep continue as the building moves closer to a fully sealed envelope, while architectural details like trim, faux windows, and column elements are also being completed.
Inside, significant progress is being made on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC ductwork and line sets across multiple floors, along with ongoing electrical rough-in, lighting installation, and system wiring. Elevator components, roof elements, and site coordination efforts are also advancing as crews continue to push the project forward efficiently.
