Our wedding day. The cake.
Cake cutting has always been one of my favorite moments of a wedding (maybe because I love to eat cake and maybe because I'm obsessed with anything @lustr.creative_ bakes).
@lustr.creative_ flew cross country to bring our vision to life. Rosemary olive oil cake with fresh raspberries, lemon curd and whipped ricotta and chocolate cake with hazelnut spread- dream flavors, dream design!
Our wedding day. Dinner in the meadow.
A local seasonal harvest of vegetables and flowers lined the tables as a nod to William's love for gardening. My favorite blooms in julep vases perfectly designed by @rachaelellenevents . Gorgeous name scrolls and gold pressed menus by @inkandpressco at every seat.
Our Ceremony in the Meadow.
Hundreds of hours were spent by the Hilltop Family carving out and preparing this space for our ceremony. It was everything we had envisioned and the Fall colors knew their role.
The personal notes added by our officiant, Will's uncle Stephen, that were planned over this past year, were unforgettable.
The urns and florals by @rachaelellenevents , the way @laurenaureliaevents sent me down the aisle after working hundreds of weddings together, sharing the bridal walk with my dad to a gorgeous live version of La Vie en Rose by @jacobkhalilmusic , and being surrounded by our dear family and friends—every bit of it brought us to tears.
Christmas arrived early with wedding gallery delivery! @willllamas and I are so appreciative of @chymomore for capturing every emotion of our wedding weekend perfectly. She is so very talented!
The weekend I've always dreamed of was everything and more.
