Adjustment takes time and consistency.
I relate the 45 plates to so many things in my life. The analogies are endless.
A plate of 45lbs is always going to be a plate of 45lbs. That cast iron will outlive me. It never changes.
The things that change happen during integration and adjustment. Sometimes at an incredibly slow pace. Through repetition, through sets and reps, through practice, through trial and error. Its less me understanding and processing and more feeling through the movement and adjusting.
The ebbs and flows between the lift and the put down. The connecting of the whole body, mind and spirit through it all.
Anyways. Here is 315 raw. Another day doing both the inner and the outer work.
