✨ WE’RE HIRING ✨ Our studio is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Project Manager to our San Francisco Bay Area team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in overseeing high-end residential projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects running smoothly—managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed. We’re looking for a true problem-solver who enjoys balancing creative vision with strong systems and clear communication. If you value precision, collaboration, and being part of a supportive, design-driven team, this could be a great fit. This is a fully remote, contractor position with a commitment of 25+ hours per week. While the role is remote, candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to attend site visits as needed. What You’ll Do: • Oversee residential projects through all phases of design and installation • Create and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and project plans • Act as the primary liaison between clients, trades, and vendors • Manage procurement, samples, orders, and vendor coordination • Attend site visits, review shop drawings, and uphold quality standards What We’re Looking For: • Prior project management experience in interior design or architecture • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to travel to Bay Area job sites with a reliable vehicle If you’re excited to contribute to a studio focused on creating timeless, thoughtful interiors, we’d love to hear from you. 💌 To Apply: Please email your resume and a brief cover letter to [email protected]
