Al fresco roast with lemon mustard gravy. I soon realised what I thought were beans were actually peas in their pods, making for an interesting stringy mouthful!
Goan pork curry AKA the original vindaloo (with 2% bitter because it's Monday). I found pork shoulder works the best for this as it won't dry out and is able to take in all the vinegar and spices during the marinade. Also curry leaves are amazing in this!
